Fees and Permits
- Business Permits are due by January 31st of each year. The annual fee is $30.00 for commercial establishments, and $20.00 for home businesses.
- Building Permits range from $5.00 to $50.00, depending on the size and scope of the project. Please contact the Zoning Commissioner for approval of your project prior to obtaining your St. Joseph County permit.
- Sign Permits are available upon review of the site plans for conformity with the Roseland Town Code for a $50 fee.
- Temporary Sign Permits are available for short-term signage for a $20 application fee. These allow “30 days on – 30 days off” advertising for up to 6 months at your business location.
